Total building remediation of a fully occupied 41-unit subsidized housing complex. Scope included supply and installation of windows, drained cavity cladding system, aluminum soffits, exterior lighting, 2 ply roofing membrane replacement, reframing balconies complete with waterproofing membrane and guardrail replacement. Interior works included replacement of flooring, re&re of bathrooms and replacement of all faucets, fans, kitchen range hoods, corridor flooring and ceiling replacement, repaint, entry storefront replacement including re-verification of fire alarm, telephone entry system and surveillance security camera system.
